Use Guidance:
Apply once a day, up to every 3 hours
Pearl size rub in a circular motion over the body part of desired relief
- 1/2 tsp apply to hands, shoulders and neck prior bedtime, keep warm
- 1 tbsp rub over entire body then apply warmth and/or receive a full body massage
