Key Insights

JustALCHEMY™ Products

The Beyond Six-Star quality-standard method commences with highest-quality starting material then crafted by technicians observing monk-like practices (peace-filled incantations, prayer, blessings with kosher / halal standards and ancient wisdom) each batch is sonically charged with fine tuned harmonics (sacred tones (432+ hertz), high-minded quantum sonic waves (783 to 963 hertz), (deep learning audio-casts) that are formulated specific to each product. Harmonic frequencing profiles are amplified throughout the lab process. Our spiritual standard of practice is succinct synergy. This resolute practice produces absolute active ingredients maximizing the therapeutic value of the highest-vibratory-resonance of each active compound, pristine.

What is primary-resin separation and ice water hash (Bubble Hash)?

Primary resin separation is a process in which the Aumfruit or trichome head (fatty-lipid balsam nucleated cell) is cured away from the cannabis fiber sans mutilation of the plant.  Using ice, filters and whirlpool techniques, a range of the levels, from prime to varied cannabinoids, trichomes heads or Aumfruit is collected and dry sifted to produce a hash. This method is supreme as it maintains the integrity of the resin without plant material molestation allowing a pristine separation of the cannabinoids.  Ice water hash is achieved by way of primary-resin separation, hash is hashish achieved by ancient practices brought to us by Persia Arabia between 7th and 10th century. Mongols and Sufis are credited with spreading the use of hashish (charas- hand rubbed, later sieved, ingested prior any recount found of smoke, Afghani most ancient culture still in use and Morocco largest producer (since 60s)).

What are CB1 and CB2 receptors?

Cannabinoid receptors, located throughout the body, are part of the endocannabinoid system, which is involved in a variety of physiological processes including appetite, pain-sensation, mood, and memory. There are at least two types of cannabinoid receptors, CB1 and CB2, both coupled to G-proteins (G proteins, also known as guanine nucleotide-binding proteins, are a family of proteins that act as molecular switches inside cells, and are involved in transmitting signals from a variety of stimuli outside a cell to its interior.). CB1 receptors are present in the central nervous system and CB1 and CB2 receptors in certain peripheral tissues. The existence of endogenous cannabinoid receptor agonists has also been demonstrated. These discoveries have led to the development of selective cannabinoid CB1 and CB2 receptor ligands.

The CB1 receptor transduces signals in response to CNS-active constituents of Cannabis sativa, such as the classical cannabinoid ((−)-Δ9-THC, 1, Chart 1) and to three other structural classes of ligands, the non-classical cannabinoids typified by CP55940 (2, Chart 1) [17, 18], the aminoalkylin-doles (AAIs) typified by WIN55212-2 (3, Chart 1) [1921] and the endogenous cannabinoids. The non-classical cannabinoids clearly share many structural features with the classical cannabinoids, e.g. a phenolic hydroxyl at C-1 (C2’), and alkyl side chain at C-3 (C-4’), as well as, the ability to adopt the same orientation of the carbocyclic ring as that in classical cannabinoids [22]. The AAIs, on the other hand, bear no obvious structural similarities with the classical/non-classical cannabinoids. The CB2 receptor recognizes the same structural groups of cannabinoid agonists as CB1, with differing affinities in some cases, for example CB2 has higher affinity for aminoalkylindoles (see 3, Chart 1) [63]. sn-2-arachidonoyl-glycerol (2-AG; 8, Chart 2) was isolated from intestinal tissue and identified to be the CB2 endogenous ligand [37, 64]. While AEA has low CB2 affinity, 2-AG does bind as well to CB1 [37, 64]. The CB1/CB2 classical/non-classical cannabinoid SAR literature clearly shows a difference in recognition of side chains between CB1 and CB2. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4120766/)

Apoptosis: the death of cells that occurs as a normal and controlled part of an organism’s growth or development.  Cannabinoids have efficacy is affecting cell death and growth.

What is THC, THCa, CBD, CBG and CBN (a few of the popular cannabinoids)?

Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the chemical responsible for most of marijuana’s psychological effects. It acts much like the cannabinoid chemicals made naturally by the body.  Suggested maximum heat range (dependant on material form (flower, concentrate, hash)) 350 to 420 degrees fahrenheit.

Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid (THCA), is the non-intoxicating precursor that becomes THC when exposed to heat over a prolonged period of time.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is non-psychoactive or less psychoactive than THC-dominant strains makes it an appealing option for patients looking for relief from inflammation, pain, anxiety, psychosis, seizures, spasms, and other conditions without disconcerting feelings of lethargy or dysphoria.  Suggested maximum heat 350 degrees fahrenheit, preferred 170 to 200 degrees fahrenheit.

Cannabigerol (CBG) is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid, meaning it doesn’t produce the “highs” that are synonymous with THC. Because it is present in low levels (usually less than 1%) in most cannabis strains, CBG is considered a minor cannabinoid.

Cannabinol (CBN) is a metabolized (oxidized) cannabinoid, when THC is introduced to oxygen it changes.  It has a unique profile of effects pain relief, promotes growth of bone cell, anti-insomnia, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-convulsive and appetite stimulant.

How to determine individual dose or serving size?

Knowledge is power and imperative to make an educated decision.  Being in alignment with your body needs is key to determining appropriate serving size for dosing any type of medicine, therapeutic or recreational plant or synthetic medicine.  With cannabis take into consideration the amount and type of cannabinoids in the product, (if this is unknown a respectful suggestion that you do not ingest). A serving for flower ranges between 3 to 10g, when smoking much is lost in the process of smoking, with vaporization you receive a clearer dose.  With concentrates a range between 3mg for relief or recreation and 30mg+ for therapeutic reasons or treatment of terminal illness. The effects are also shifted when metabolized via oral ingestion. It is best to start with one to three drops, increasing one drop at a time or a dime 10 to 25mg serving for spreads or butters for recreation or therapeutic intentions.  Topically speaking, the skin has little effect on the internal processing or metabolizations of the organs, hence little to no unwanted symptom is experienced with this method.

According to www.weedindex.io: A joint max THC content is .32g = 320mg → 42mg THC (13% max THC of 320mg*13=42mg)

Potency variance between flower and concentrate?

An average conversion between an ounce of flower into concentrate will yield ~3g, a concentrate is ~93% more potent than flower / herb.
