A time to enjoy an offering of information, ways to craft and holistic products and services that fulfill the intention of living a well and synergistic life.

Our encouragement to commune with nature is a movement activated through each Salon-spa experience. Intended to bring Us together and inspire each to trust the healing properties that derive from natural products by learning about whole-plant benefits. The more we commune in nature the closer we become to each other and learn about ourselves. Nature is here to support the path of elevated and true-health. Our bodies have thousands of processes in multiple systems that operate naturally without having to think about, naturally. When nature is consulted the benefits revealed in natural products guide to learning about plant medicine. Which will gain a wealth of opportunity to elevate wellness, through learning about the healing properties of natural plants we trust you will choose, use or make, natural remedies more often. Host Essentials
Location
Is the most important element to a fulfilling Salon-spa. The location should be a secluded, well-lit setting that comfortably accommodates guests. Have a table for presenting JustALCHEMY™, featured local brands, and holistic arts information and products. Seating is essential, though not every guest will need a chair—pillows and blankets work well if chairs are limited. Light refreshments are suggested (hot or cold tea, spring or infused water, cheese & crackers, chips & salsa or dip, fruits & nuts).
Holistic Arts
At the heart of JustALCHEMY™ is self-care and wellness. Each Salon-spa features a holistic arts practitioner offering a service or educational share. Hosts may request a preferred practitioner when booking.
Guests
Guests should be loved ones and trusted friends. JustALCHEMY™ is intended for all humans (and in some cases domesticated animals), and the Host selects the most fitting attendees. Children are welcome, though a youth space is recommended so adults can engage without disruption. Salon-spas typically last 1.5–2.5 hours.
Product Lines
Current JustALCHEMY™ products are featured alongside a local artisan brand. Only high-quality brands aligned with Beyond Six-Star growing and operational standards are invited, supporting personal and community wellness.
The Process
Preparation
∆ Set a date and time with your Guide. Ideal starts are 6:30–7:00pm on weekdays or noon–7:00pm on weekends.
∆ Guest count should fit the space; typically 5–20 attendees. Invitations are best sent 2–3 weeks in advance and kept personal. Avoid public social media posts to maintain intimacy.
∆ Prepare for all RSVPs and a few extras. If seating is limited, ask guests to bring pillows and provide blankets.
∆ A 4’x2’ table is needed for products and information. Holistic practitioners bring their own tools; coordinate space in advance.
∆ Just Alchemy Guide presentations last about 30-40 minutes and guest artisan brands presentations last about 15 minutes each, combined 1.5-2 hours within a 3-4 hour window. Presentation should begin ~20 minutes after the Salon-spa start time listed on the invitation.
∆ Refreshments are optional but customary: tea, water, cheese & crackers, chips & dip, fruits & nuts, or a potluck.
∆ Check in with invited guest before the Salon-spa date to build excitement and share about the holistic elements to be experienced.
Set-Up
✓ Allow at least 2 hours to set up. Extra help is welcome but not required.
✓ Just Alchemy Guides arrive ~45 minutes early; brands and practitioners ~30 minutes early.

π As a Host, the harmony of the room is your priority. Focus your attention on managing the environment to optimize enjoyment for your guests.
π As a Guide, ensure that all who are present have equal opportunity to receive information or services, engage with products and share or ask questions. Be a beacon of synergy.
π As a featured local brand, offer details about your brand that allow for pleasurable access.
π As a holistic arts practitioner, prepare an inviting space that enables Guests to easily enjoy the wellness you have come to share.
